John Campbell is one of the country’s finest and most celebrated chefs. After achieving a first Michelin star at Lords of the Manor in the Cotswolds and a second at The Vineyard at Stockcross, much excitement was created when he joined the Dorchester Collection’s stunning country house hotel, Coworth Park.
