For food you can enjoy honest, simple seasonal prime cuts from an independent butcher which are all assured English beef. So, fabulous steak but also super fresh fish and seafood from day boats on the Lancaster coast, cooked with great skill. It is worth noting that with 48 hours notice you can also personally order your favourite cut of steak, such as Chateaubriand, Bone-in Rib or Porterhouse.
