Adam Handling joins Belmond Cadogan Hotel as Chef Patron, overseeing all culinary offerings, as the property welcomes in a new era. Following a multi-million pound restoration the hotel re-opened in February 2019 and joins the Belmond Group and its portfolio of iconic hotels and travel experiences, including Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Belmond Hotel Splendido in Portofino and the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express luxury train.

Inside the grand townhouse feels like a stylish home-away-from-home, yet encapsulates the buildings rich cultural heritage dating back to 1887, including Sir Hans Sloane, Kings of England, artists, writers and perhaps most famously the scandalous stories of Oscar Wilde and Lillie Langtry.

Adam Handling Chelsea, reflects Adam's vision for sustainable approach and showcases the 'Best of British', taking inspiration from the building's illustrious cultural history since 1887, combined with his Modern British approach and zero-waste ethos.
