Part of The Calcot Collection, Barnsley House is a 17th century honey hued house, hidden away in the picturesque Cotswold village of Barnsley. This romantic rural retreat has quintessentially English country gardens, designed by horticultural doyenne Rosemary Verey, attracting green-fingered aficionados from all over the world.

Intimate, calm and unfussy best describes The Potager (named after Verey's celebrated kitchen garden). Head chef Francesco Volgo and his team are passionate about using the very best seasonal produce available and utilising all the kitchen garden has to offer.

In the summer months, The Potager doors are open for al fresco dining on the terrace, boasting beautiful views of the garden.

Lunch: Monday – Sunday: 12pm – 2 pm (Saturday: 2.30 pm). Dinner: 7pm - 9.30 pm Monday – Friday, Saturday – Sunday: 7pm -10pm.
