The crumbling hacienda-style décor is soaked in Spanish music and filled with friendly, upbeat staff. But it’s the food that blows you away - across Europe, all the way to Spain. Head chef Victor Garvey honed his craft at some of the great restaurants of the Basque country and his menu here – which features dishes like seared Mediterranean seabass, classic croquetas and chipirones and rocoto pepper ceviche – is complemented by Spanish-themed cocktails and a terrace overlooking the Docks.
