Comptoir Gascon is a gourmet bistro form Michelin-starred Executive Chef Pascal Aussignac. Holding a coveted Bib Gourmand, Comptoir Gascon specialises in food and wines sourced exclusively from the South-West of France. 

With a whole section devoted to "The Best of Duck" (including the award-winning Foie gras & summer truffle burger) the menu at Comptoir reads as a guide to Aussignac's native Gascony with dishes such as Cassoulet Toulousain, Piggy Treats, French fries twice-cooked in duck fat and Duck confit taking centre stage. 

The delicatessen sits within the informal dining room itself and stocks a range of fresh produce and wines,all of which is available to take-home.
