The food concentrates on a constantly evolving menu consisting on a choice of three, five or ten-course tasting menu. Dishes are simple and beautiful with Clare seeking out the best of British produce with a passion to delight and share her curiosity and love of artisanal food.
The interior design centres around a colour palette of stem green, aubergine, almond milk, copper and burnished gold, with a window overlooking a feature living wall. Seats 54 covers in total.
