The Town Hall has established quite a foodie reputation in Bethnal Green, London and beyond. First there was the Viajante by Nuno Mendes, The Typing Room by Lee Westcott, and now Da Terra (meaning from the ground) a Latin American restaurant with an Italian heart.

Knowledge of the two chefs behind the scenes will help explain its culinary appeal. Both have extensive three Michelin-star backgrounds: Paulo Airaudo at Quique Dacosta, and Rafael Cagali at The Fat Duck.
