Signature Sardinian dishes include Spaghetti with Bottarga, homemade Malloredus Pasta with sausage, tomato and pecorino, Sea Bass baked in salt crust and for dessert the addictive Seadas – little fritters stuffed with sweet ricotta cheese, served warm and drizzled with fragrant honey. For truffle lovers both black and white truffle menus are available seasonally.
