Before the steaks reach the grill, they are aged on-site in specialist Himalayan salt lockers to give you the best tasting steaks possible. Prepared on a Josper charcoal grill, you can choose from a daily selection of native and rare breed prime beef cuts sourced from artisan suppliers and dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. The steaks (including T-bone, tomahawk, and cote de boeuf) are generally large and can be great for sharing!
