Hawkyns is the new modern British restaurant by twice Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar, at The Crown Inn, Amersham. Chef Kochhar is globally renowned for his Indian and Peruvian cuisine and now offers guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious modern British cuisine in a historical setting.

Championing the best in local and seasonal produce, the menu offers a twist on classical culinary creations, such as Wood Pigeon, BBQ Guinea Fowl and a modern spin on the great institutional Fish & Chips. For dessert, devour Toasted Marshmallows with Rhubarb Ice Cream and Jelly or indulge with a Chocolate Tart served with Aero and Blackberry Ice Cream. The firm favourite Sunday roast will, of course, be a highlight of the week, offering Roasted Sirloin of White Park Beef or Roast Pork Belly with all the trimmings.

Chef Kochhar and his team have created a menu that befits this quintessential Inn and is tailored by the quality of produce. Dishes centre around seasonal British ingredients, sourcing from local suppliers and serving in warm and welcoming surroundings.
