The food is incredibly beautifully arranged, with a strong whiff of Latin hot bloodedness. Lima's gastronomical success led to it receiving the first ever Michelin star for a Peruvian restaurant back in 2013. Sibling restaurants are now arising from this talented team which includes Group Head Chef, Virgilio Martinez regularly being ranked in the World 50 Best List (21st currently).
