A simple bistro, bright and vibrant in design but transformed with large bold art works, Inca blue chair and pillars and naked wooden tables in the heart of theatre district/Covent Garden.
Lima's gastronomy success is now spreading around the world, in part due to Virgilo Martineze, Group Executive head Chef being regularly ranked in the World 50 Best. There is a very talented team behind this group advancing South American's clean, fresh and wholesome cuisine.
Enjoy dishes such a Fillet Pachamanca - prime beef fillet seared in coating of mild sun-dried chilli with yellow potato puree and fresh cheese or Sea Bass Hot Ceviche - a grilled sea bass in heated aji Amarillo tiger's milk and achiote oil with sweet potato puree and a salad on the side.
Downstairs is the Pisco Bar, named after the delicious national drink which is a highly recommended must have prior to dining.
