Llangoed Hall

Llangoed Hall is a serene presence amongst soft Welsh meadows that slope down to the River Wye, with the Black Mountains looming in the distance. The lovely gardens are filled with roses and wild flowers and the maze is an unusual appetite-whetter. Head Chef Nick Brodie places emphasis on creating dishes that make use of the finest local Welsh produce such as Welsh Black Beef and local Radnorshire Lamb, all flavoured with herbs picked from the hotel’s organic kitchen gardens. The menu is imaginative yet sensible and many ingredients hail from his burgeoning kitchen garden as well as the hedgerow.
