Overview
Intimate, romantic and of the highest calibre; Longueville is the undisputed queen bee of Jersey. This lovely manor with its Norman roots has the most atmospheric dining room one could wish for; panelled in the 1630's from carved oak chests culled from the Spanish Armada. Such a background is fittingly matched by Andrew Baird's award-winning food; he dishes up a superbly classic menu, drawn from the surrounding seas and local farms where possible, complemented by a wine list stuffed full of greats.
