Restaurant Alimentum is one of the best restaurants in Cambridge. With gourmet international cuisine, it is renowned for its slow cooking ethos and tasting menus. Located on Hills Road, Restaurant Alimentum is within 20 minutes walk of the city centre and found next door to Cambridge University's Homerton College.
Leading the brigade is Head Chef, Samira Effa. Samira's belief in working with fresh and seasonal ingredients, is paramount. You can expect to see some big and bold flavours on her menu with inspiration taken from her previous head chefs. There is also a nod to Samira's Iranian-Nigerian heritage, which is seen in dishes such as Stone Bass, Smoked Aubergine, Saffron and Red Pepper.
