The menu is chock-full of grand ingredients such as Orkney scallop, prawn chili and apple dashi, Veal sweetbreads artichoke and mushrooms and the delicate Mackerel with heritage carrots and sesame to start, while mains range from Test Valley trout with leek and pine nuts, mouth-watering rib eye with onion and bone marrow, to the star turn of Dry aged duck with beetroot and blackberries. Ripe cheeses and smart puddings follow: Caramel tart, Apple Souffle, Pear & honey and Chocolate & hazelnut, while the wine list is built to impress.
