Grown out of a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and an incredible talent, chef Paul Foster opened his first restaurant Salt. This fine dining restaurant serves superb dishes in a relaxed atmosphere where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. Foster has infused his love of modern British cooking with an ability to harness the purity of flavours from wild and seasonal ingredients to offer refined, exquisite dishes.
