Quite an unassuming pub just outside of Headington village but it is ranked in the top 50 Gastropubs in Britain and has received some great reviews from notable food critics such as Jay Rayner from the Observer with "Simply irresistible". Pricing is sensible still and food is British classics with a French edge.
