The Clink Restaurant, Brixton

At The Clink, food follows the seasons and the menu changes monthly. Fresh ingredients are sourced from the prison gardens and local suppliers where possible. The food is classic British cuisine with a European twist and showcases some of the best British produce. Dining at The Clink Restaurant balances fine dining and affordability, whilst offering diners the chance to support prisoner rehabilitation.

The restaurant takes prisoners in the last six to 18 months of their sentence and trains them to City & Guilds NVQ standard. By educating prisoners and equipping them with skills, reoffending rates are dramatically reduced.
