From the exterior you would expect to be stepping into a traditional 'Olde Worlde' Coaching Inn but the interior of the Curlew is contemporary and sophisticated with quirky touches that would not be out of place in a London setting, yet with views across the open fields.

The Curlew is an intimate location - 46-covers, and a place where formal food meets informal dining, with the menu changing every few weeks as ingredients and produce for the nearby farm and suppliers become available. Everything is made in-house and the team butcher, bake, pickle, preserve and cure on site.
As the restaurant is only 10 miles from the South Coast, expect deliciously fresh and simple seasonal dishes from land and sea. The drinks menu reflects the rich history of Sussex beers from the local breweries using heritage hops and water filtered through the South Downs and English wines from the some of the country's leading wineries which are on The Curlew's doorstep.
