The restaurant is wonderfully nostalgic, with renovations paying great homage to the heritage of the building in design terms and menu offering. The 130 seater restaurant is pure classic grandeur yet relaxed and informal. As a destination, simply relish the interiors by David Collins - think high and ornate ceilings, limestone pillars, great use of mirrors and classic paintings adorning the walls, enabling acoustics to create a comfortable convivial environment.

The Gilbert Scott provides the ultimate grand dining experience and showcases the finest British seasonal produce.
