Ivan's name has become synonymous around London for his exceptional Negronis, and it is this foundation which he has built upon in the creation of his cocktail list for The Terrace, highlighting a couple of his personal favourites; the Rhubarb Americano and his unique take on the Martini in the form of the Stretto Giro Martini.
The Terrace is also proud to launch The Art of Apericena, a combination of the better-known Italian Aperitivo, and Cena (dinner), showcasing more substantial dishes than the more traditional Aperitivo. The Terrace is open from the beginning of June, 7.30am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with Apericena served 5pm - 8pm.
