The Torridon Restaurant

The Torridon is a stunning fairytale castle, with its glowering hills, tree-lined shore, wood-lined walls and intricate marquetry. The whisky bar offers a fair choice of 350 bottles, served by huge windows with a view down the loch. Head chef Bruno Birkbeck has some truly amazing produce to hand, ranging from the Torridon’s own herd of Highland cattle and a superb walled garden, to the wild fare from the hills and nearby seas. His menus are sumptuous, innovative yet accessible, filled with the likes of Isle of Ewe smoked salmon ravioli, seabream with herb gnocchi, Barbary duck and exquisite puddings.
