A charming and old-fashioned Georgian country pub, The Anglesey Arms at Halnaker, is situated on the Chichester - Petworth road, which follows the course of old Roman Stane Street. The pub is part of the Goodwood Estate, famous for its horse racing, especially the July festival, Known affectionately as 'Glorious Goodwood'; two world class motor racing events (The Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival) and glof at The Goodwood Club.
