Jeremy's is a beautiful contemporary restaurant in classical settings overlooking the grounds of the 200 year old Borde Hill Gardens Estate, on the outskirts of Haywards Heath. Award winning, light and airy with a perfect expansive outside terrace in a Victorian walled garden - this restaurant is a rare little find.

Approached via a cobbled courtyard, you can enjoy great Modern European cuisine from chef proprietor Jeremy Ashpool. Much is locally sourced and grown, and the restaurant is well known for attracting a loyal following. Dishes from the sample menu include hand-dived scallops, 'Nduja, blood orange, radicchio, and Parsnip and kale rosti, goats cheese, pistachio, leek oil on the starters, try Beef, oxtail, jerusalem artichoke, fig, confit potato, and South coast brill, prawn, kimchi, yuzu, shiitake from the main courses and Blood orange cheesecake, macadamia, clotted cream and Parfait and poached pear, pine nut, raisin, grape on the dessert menu.
