Overview

After stumbling upon The Chequers in Slaugham towards the end of 2018, Chef Director Matt Gillan decided this beautiful Edwardian property was the ideal location for his flagship restaurant. Heritage is the culmination of Matt's many years of experience cooking at the highest level and is a beacon of food and drink, nestled in the beautiful English countryside.

A La Carte and multi-course tasting menus's are on offer and are founded in classical techniques carefully combined with Matt's signature twists. If you have dined from Matt's menus before, then you know you are in for a treat.

With a bar and five boutique bedrooms, Heritage has a lot to offer.

Lunch : Wednesday to Saturday 12 - 2.30pm, Sunday 12.30 - 2.30pm. Wednesday to Sunday 6.30 - 9pm.
