Restaurant Interlude

Interlude is the contemporary restaurant located in the Leonardslee estate, where the restaurant team are committed to providing each and every guest with a place to interact with nature and eat from the land in an unexpected food journey. With an ever-changing set menu drawing inspiration from their own gardens, and produce grown onsite or by local farmers. Their philosophy is translated into every single dish, taking diners on a journey through the estate of flavours, textures and ingredients. While the pantry has been built through patient harvesting and preservation, taking food back to basics and showcasing old traditional produce where possible.
