Part of the very luxurious Andrew Brownsword Hotel group (they have Gidleigh Park, Amberley Castle, Bath Priory and Buckland Manor to name a few) - this gorgeous former mill on the banks of the River Windrush is now a very chic and charming hotel, restaurant and spa. In the pretty village of Minster Lovell in the heart of the Cotswolds, Minster Mill is in its own 65-acres of glorious gardens, wildflower meadows and peaceful woodland. If you wanted to stay over then you have 38 very individual Scandi-style rooms and a spa.

Minster Mill is deliciously authentic with vaulted ceiling and original oak beams. Its classic look with easy-going ambience is complemented by the Mill Bar, set in a high gallery overlooking the restaurant. Dishes are modern British using the best regional and seasonal ingredients.
