As the first hotel to serve afternoon tea, and in keeping with The Langham reputation, they now present SeasonaliTea, with a focus on using the very best ingredients at the absolutely right time of year.
SeasonaliTea is elegantly contemporary, featuring savouries, scones and patisserie with delicious flavours that change throughout the year. Focusing on exceptional seasonal ingredients, means that the SeasonaliTea offering will change as the best produce comes in. As part of the focus on flavour, the patisserie created by Executive Pastry Chef Andrew Gravett is lighter, with a reduction in the use of refined sugars and fat, without compromising on the indulgent taste or texture of the cakes.
