Trained in and inspired by classic French techniques, Head Chef Nicolas Pasquier, offers simple but refined dishes, created using the very best ingredients, prepared to a superb standard. You can enjoy everything from snacks to five-course tasting menus and a selection of 525 exceptional and diverse wines, available by the glass, in the stunning interior designed by the award-wining David Collins Studio.
