The Michelin-starred Peel's Restaurant is an intimate and romantic setting in which to enjoy the 4 or 7 course Tasting menus. Food is inspired by the Victorian walled garden, and relationships have been built to gather the best produce from farms and shores.
A team of young creatives : chefs and someliers, gardeners and bakers, potters and designers, all gathered together to bring their imagination to the story of Hampton Manor. Built at the birth of the arts and crafts era, the Manor was a celebration of craftsmanship and the beauty of nature - and the estate is being re-imagined to build a new heritage, with respect for the past and creativity for the now.
