The Anderida Restaurant offers fine cuisine and tastes from home and abroad using the best locally sourced ingredients. Many of the mouth-wateringly inventive dishes from the head chef and his brigade incorporate modern twists on traditional classics.

The dining room decor is classically elegant with muted tones and crisp white linen, and the large ceiling high windows afford stunning views of the great Sussex countryside.
